Open Question: What should I do? I am so tired of life like this!?
Okay, so I got married February 28, exactly 7 months ago. He has since turned into the largest a**hole ever. I am always so stressed out about my life because I am a full time college student and I don’t have a job. I wake up at 7 am and go to school until 2:45 pm, then I drive 45 mins to my dad’s and pick up my sister and brother from school and babysit them until 7 pm when my parents get home from work. My parents always treat me like a maid, they only care about what I can do for them. They pay me 50 dollars a week to drive 45 mins and babysit/clean their house/take care of my sister and brother (they are 8 and 10), etc. My dad always makes comments about my older sister being so responsible and great and that me and my brother are deadbeats. He says he doesn’t know what happened to us but at least he got my sister, who turned out perfect. Then I come home, I get there around 8 and my husband is always in the living room playing video games. I go in and pick up after him, get all of his dishes out of the floor on the living room, clean our bedroom, do the laundry, etc. Whenever I ask him to do something he gets mad. I feel like everyone only wants me for what I can do for them.

My godfather lives in Oklahoma and my husband and I recently decided to move up there with him (16 hours away) because we hate our lives here. When I told my parents they yelled at me because they won’t have a babysitter then. Anyway, my whole point is that I feel like my husband is just like them. He only wants me for what I can do for him. Yesterday, we had a very long talk about his behavior after I turned off his video game while he was playing it. I did it because I was begging him to do the laundry for once and he was just ignoring me like I didn’t exist, so I reached over and pushed the power button. Then, he threw the xbox remote at me and hit me in the leg and then he pushed me against the wall twice and punched the wall.

So do you think that I should leave him and move to Oklahoma without him, or should I suck it up and still be with him because I married him and made vows?

Sorry this is soooo long!!

Thanks guys for everything!

Resolved Question: Do Christians make better patriots?
While that may be a loaded question, i’m reffering to a recent news article that reported that 75% of Oklahoma high school students were not able to name the first president of the united states. Now, I know christians tend to say that they are very patriotic and I know that this may be a matter of just bad education and/or stupid kids. So what do you say?

Shouldn’t at least christians agree, even if they don’t necessarily agree that christianity is to blame, that this is a problem that should be looked into?

info:
Oklahoma state is 86% religious and 71% Christians
